JB-1250H Dry-Lamination Machine

主要結構特點：

收放卷：獨立塔式雙工位收放料架，氣脹軸加安全夾裝卸料卷，換卷自動裁切，放卷EPC裝置。

涂膠：直接凹版式涂布，氣動刮刀。主動式壓輥為單獨機驅動，涂布張力控制更穩定、精確。

烘箱：三段頂開式高效恒溫干燥箱，整個烘箱采用負壓設計，熱風不吹出烘箱，大風量高風壓可營造低溫度高風速干燥方式。同步帶傳動，噪音極低。

復合：三輥式復合壓輥裝置，保證壓合力整幅面均勻

整機：采用PLC可編程控制器進行邏輯控制及保護，四段閉環張力控制及顯示，傳動系統全部采用U型同步帶傳動。

Main structure character

Unwind and Rewind : Cantilever turret whirling stand with double arm & double staiton , web material rolled with air shart with safely chuck . Automatic web roll exchange with cutting blade , equiped with unwinder EPC device.

Coating : Gravure coating , pneumatic dorctor blade device . Press rubber roll separately driven , so the tension is more stable and precise .

Dryer : High efficiency and thermostatical , subpressure designed dryer in four sections with high air volumn and air velocity . Drying in lower temperature.

Lamination:Three-roll lamination device keep pressure well-distributed.

Control : Machine is logically controlled and protected by PLC , colsed-looptesion control in four sections , all tram smission used U-type Synchronousbelt , less noise.
