無煙煤簡介

    金林無煙煤外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機械強度高，抗壓性能好，化學性能穩定，不含有毒物質，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(>50)，有較高的含污能力，因質輕，所需反沖洗強度較低，可節省大量反沖洗水量及電能。

    金林無煙煤固定碳含量高，揮發分產率低，密度大，硬度大，燃點高，燃燒時不冒煙。黑色堅硬，有金屬光澤。以脂摩擦不致染污，斷口成貝殼狀，燃燒時火焰短而少煙。不結焦。一般含碳量在90以上，揮發物在10以下。無膠質層厚度。熱值約7000-8000千卡/公斤。有時把揮發物含量特大的稱做半無煙煤；特小的稱做高無煙煤。無煙煤按種類分為：粉煤、12塊煤、25塊煤、38塊煤、中炭以及大炭，可根據客戶不同鍋爐、不同使用方法為客戶推薦即適用又減少成本的種類。

    無煙煤濾料采用無煙煤為原料，經精選、破碎、和兩次篩分而成，外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機械強度高，抗壓性能好，化學性能穩定，不含有毒物質，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(＞50)，有較高的含污能力，水中之微細懸浮固粒經加藥絮凝后，由無煙煤濾材加以濾除。因質輕，所需反沖洗強度較低，可節省大量反沖洗水量及電能。

無煙煤特點

      1、黑色堅硬，有金屬光澤。

      2、發熱量大，燃點高，熱穩定性好燃燒時無煙。

      3、機械強度大，密度大，硬度大，低硫、低灰、低揮發分。

      4、固定碳含量高、化學活性高、灰熔點高、產塊率高、揮發分產率低。

無煙煤用途

      1、發電用煤:我國約1/3以上的煤用來發電，目前平均發電耗煤為標準煤370g/(kW·h)左右。電廠利用煤的熱值，把熱能轉變為電能。

      2、蒸汽機車用煤:占動力用煤2左右，蒸汽機車鍋爐平均耗煤指標為100kg/(萬噸·km)左右。

      3、建材用煤:約占動力用煤的l0以上，以水泥用煤量 ，其次為玻璃、磚、瓦等。

      4、一般工業鍋爐用煤:除熱電廠及大型供熱鍋爐外，一般企業及取暖用的工業鍋爐型號繁多，數量大且分散，用煤量約占動力煤的30。

      5、生活用煤:生活用煤的數量也較大，約占燃料用煤的20。

      6、冶金用動力煤:冶金用動力煤主要為燒結和高爐噴吹用無煙煤，其用量不到動力用煤量的1。

      金林無煙煤濾料用于生括給水及工業給水的過濾凈化處理。實用于一般的酸、中、堿性水的凈化處理，是雙層、三層濾池中不可缺少的凈水材料。廣泛用于化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等生產前后的水質處理過程中。
