本機控制系統采用日本三菱PLC，操作面板采用人機對話界面，界面為中英文（可選）顯示，送料系統采用步進電機和伺服電機控制，具有速度快，精度高的特性；焊接系統采用單片機集成電路控制至系統，焊接系統采用雙向可控硅控制等先進技術，從而更能電流輸出更為平穩，并采用優化設計，高導電磁材料制作，致使設備在空載時損耗低，功率輸出更強勁，穩定壽命更長。

將焊接好的內圈放入夾具模具中，再將鐵線整卷放入鐵線架上，取一頭線頭穿入彎型機的孔位上，按加工產品的規格設置好線長度、條數、折彎弧度、產品數量（可設可不設），開啟開關彎型機可一次性自動完成線材調直、焊接、切斷線材、折彎四個工藝，省去了傳統制作工藝的調直機調直切斷線材、單點機焊接及液壓壓型的三個繁鎖工藝。

本設備操作簡易，調試簡易，此機還可當作線材調直機用，一機多功能，大大提高了生產效率。
