【濾珠介紹】

濾珠是由聚苯乙烯樹脂顆粒經高溫兩次發泡制成的白色球狀濾料。可發性聚苯乙烯泡沫濾珠（EPS發泡塑料濾珠），系在懸浮聚苯乙烯樹脂中加入石油液化氣而發泡制成的珠狀顆粒白色小球，屬輕質濾料，堆密度80-100kg/cm3，孔隙率50%左右。若將其覆蓋于壓力綜合凈水器的上部，當渾濁度500mg/L的原水經過這種泡沫塑料顆粒過濾層過濾后，出水濁度可降低到5mg/L，達到飲用水標準。這種壓力凈水器，把水質凈化中的混凝、澄清和過濾三道工序在一個容器內完成。由于簡化工藝流程，設備簡單，能把水質中的混凝、澄清、過濾三道工序在一容器內完成。

濾珠濾料具有重量輕、比表面積大、吸附能力強、不破碎、孔隙率高、濾速快、脫污能力強、濾料均交、使用壽命長等優點。

廣泛應用于各種過濾器、凈水器、離子交換器、無閥濾池、反滲透、海水淡化、城鎮供水、排水、以及鋼鐵、化工、油田、煤礦、造紙、制藥、制酒、飲料、凈水、除鐵除錳、游泳池、工業廢水等領域。

在中小型水處理系統中、泳池循環水處理系統中，經常用到發泡泡沫濾珠濾料，泡沫濾珠其本身重量輕、比表面積大、吸附能力強、不破碎、孔隙率高、濾速快、脫污能力強、濾料均勻、使用壽命長。目前主要用于中小型凈水設備，也用于泳池循環水處理、內河船舶給水系統。
