氨酯彈性體是一種介于一般橡膠與塑料之間的彈性材料,既具有橡膠的高彈性,又具有塑料的高強度，它的耐磨性，生物相容性與相容性特別突出。同時它還具有優異的耐油，耐沖擊，耐低溫，耐臭氧，耐輻射和負重隔熱，絕緣等性能。

聚氨酯彈性體在整個聚氨酯工業中,其產量雖然不大,但其品種多，加工方式多樣，應用領域廣泛,是其它品種所不可比擬的。聚氨酯彈性體,按其加工特性不同分為：熱塑性，澆注型5混煉型三類。

澆注型聚氨酯彈性體（簡稱CPU）——是聚氨酯彈性體中應用廣、產量較大的一種；優點是耐溫性好，強度高。硬度范圍寬廣，可極柔軟也可極硬。缺點是不可回收，浪費大，加工小產品比較麻煩，成本高，不適合做量少的產品。

熱塑型聚氨酯彈性體（簡稱TPU）——熱塑型聚氨酯彈性體約占聚氨酯彈性體總量的25%左右；優點是可以熱塑成型，邊料可以回收；缺點是比CPU強度差一些，硬度范圍窄，不能生產低硬度產品。

我公司生產的點鈔機滑輪全部使用熱塑性聚氨酯加工工藝，產品硬度為邵氏85A,材料全部使用巴斯夫TPU.產品集結了CPU和TPU的優點，自主研發了透明熱塑性聚氨酯。外觀透明，無毛刺，無飛邊，無氣泡，耐磨性好，耐油性好，產品密封圈的獨特設計使得我們的產品高速運轉是不漏油。產品還添加了特有的防老化試劑和耐磨試劑，產品長時間保存不變色。高速運轉時和紙幣摩擦不粘灰塵。由于產品的透明度很高，所以產品全部使用全新料子。內部軸承我們全使用Z3，P5級的軸承，軸承無噪音，靈活度好。

市場推廣一年多來，一直受到業界的好評，此款產品2016年我們還申請了專利。
