風冷臭氧發生管介電層采用三氧化二鋁等靜壓高溫燒制而成。提高了導熱效率和耐腐蝕性，外套鋁制散熱片使其散熱效果良好，杜絕了玻璃管的炸管和搪瓷管的擊穿現象，了臭氧發生管工作穩定性，臭氧濃度衰減小。陶瓷管內外壁精磨，提高了同心度。內壁燒掛釉水了內壁的光潔度提高了放電效率，降低電能的能耗。內電極采用耐腐蝕性極高的不銹鋼管，車削精加工而成。光潔度高誤差小，了放電效率提高了臭氧濃度。臭氧發生管氣源為空氣源/氧氣源兩用, 使用壽命可達8000小時以上，超長壽命。
