使用說明:
1、取出耳塞，用食指和大拇指將其搓細；
2、另一只手將要塞入的耳朵向上向外提起(這點很關鍵)并保持住，然后將搓細的耳塞圓頭朝向耳朵，塞入其中；
3、用手扶住耳塞直至耳塞在耳中完全膨脹定型(大約要持續三十秒左右)。
