 3. 全廠員工花名冊(cè) （包括姓名，工號(hào)，身份證號(hào)碼，入職日期，部門，社保購買情況等）
  All workers’ name list (including name, ID card#, Working ID #, entrance date, social insurance if applicable, etc.)
 4. 員工手冊(cè)/廠規(guī)廠紀(jì)
 Employee Handbook/Factory Regulations
 5. 工資與工作時(shí)間記錄(近兩年)，工資單樣版 
 Payroll & Attendance Records (past two years) & Pay slip sample
 6. 政府新文件. 如:低工資, 社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的規(guī)定, 綜合計(jì)時(shí)審批記錄等 
 Updated official notification or approval from local , such as minimum wage, social insurance andovertime approval or similar documentation.
 7. 招工廣告,相關(guān)招工程序描述以及內(nèi)部人員需求表
 Example of hiring advertisement, and description of related recruitment procedure, headcount request form
 8. 員工人事檔案：新員工入職申請(qǐng)表, 員工身份證復(fù)印件及其他相關(guān)文件, 各種請(qǐng)假單, 獎(jiǎng)懲及升遷記錄, 辭工記錄, 培訓(xùn)記錄等
 Workers’ personnel files: Pre-employment application form, ID card Copy and related supporting files, all leave records, warning or disciplinary records, promotion records, resignation or termination records, training records.

 All workers’ annual health check records (including related occupational health check records).

 Workers’ Voluntary OT records/files.
 18. 工傷記錄(近一年) 
 Work-related injury records (past 12 months)
 19. 全廠員工相關(guān)培訓(xùn)記錄(包括但不限于: 新員工培訓(xùn), 消防設(shè)備使用培訓(xùn), 化學(xué)品使用培訓(xùn), 個(gè)人防護(hù)用品PPE培訓(xùn), 機(jī)器安全操作培訓(xùn), 疏散演習(xí), 工資工時(shí)培訓(xùn), 廠規(guī)廠紀(jì)培訓(xùn)等)
